The mission of the Health Education Foundation for America (HEFA) is to to encourage students to identify the benefits of a need for living a healthy lifestyle through the knowledge obtained through visual, intellectual and other systematic strategies. HEFA's goal is to encourage students to identify the benefits of a need for healthy lifestyle choices, by stressing the positive outcomes as well as the negative consequences that result from their health choices and behaviors.
